As a small business owner constantly juggling what may feel like a million moving pieces, it's common to struggle with a slight case of burnout now and again.

Here are some tips from Small Business Bonfire to reenergize, refuel and nip that burnout in the bud.

  1. Network with your entrepreneur peers: Whether it's a formal networking function or a casual venting session at a coffee shop, getting together with likeminded folks who have gone through, or are currently going through, what you're experiencing will help give you some perspective.
  2. Mix it up: A change in environment can make all the difference. Try working from home or the quaint cafe down the road every once in a while. Monotony can sometimes lead to complacency which is a never a good thing for a growing business.
  3. Surround yourself with positivity: Negativity, like positivity, can be contagious so take a look at the people surrounding you to make sure they share your passion and goals and are sending out the right vibe to keep you and your customers smiling. Hire positive employees who share your vision and values and reevaluate what current employees are bringing to the table.
